IEEE MEMS 2026 is calling for Open Poster presentations. The purpose of this final call is to allow attendees to engage with the community and share information without formal inclusion in the technical digest nor being archived in IEEE Xplore. Only the title of the Open Poster will be listed in the conference program. These posters are a great way to share a wider variety of technical information, ideas, challenges, and initiatives with the community.

• Accepted Open Posters will not be in the MEMS 2026 Conference Technical Digest
• Accepted Open Posters will not be archived in IEEE Xplore
• PDF Posters (not 2-page abstracts) should be submitted to the MEMS 2026 website by the 4 December deadline
• Open Poster submissions should contain technical content and not be marketing or advertising for our Industrial partners.

Poster Dimensions

All posters presented at the conference will be in size A0 (841mm x 1189mm or 33.1 inches × 46.8 inches). Please design your poster with this size in mind but have the PDF file size 5MB or less.
